Here are a few quick pictures of the frame with the seat stays fitted to the frame. After getting the seat stays mitered up at the seat tube - I think I will re-do the seat tube sleeve and make it a little longer. As it is now the seat tube sleeve only extends about 5 mm below the bottom of the seat stay... and it doesn't look very symmetric... it definitely could be longer on the bottom.
Next up ... the chain stays.
